Booking Your Appointment (for non-members only)
To make a booking, please check with us to confirm your desired time slot and transfer HK$100 (the “Booking Fee”) within 24 hours via one of the following methods:
Your reservation will be secured as soon as we receive confirmation of payment from you. Please note that the Booking Fee is non-refundable, and will be deductible from your total service charges at the end of your treatment.
Upon making your booking, kindly let us know if you would like nail art or other additional services so as to allow us sufficient time for preparation.
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Late Arrivals (for members and non-members)
Members and non-members may reschedule their session ONLY ONCE up to 72 hours (4 days) prior to the start of the session. We apologize that rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of a session will not be accepted, and will be treated as a new booking request. In the cases of typhoon 8 or black rain warnings, rescheduling will be permitted at no charges.
Members may cancel their treatment up to 72 hours before their sessions at no charges. Non-members may also cancel their treatments up to 72 hours before the session and get a refund of the Booking Fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours before a session will incur a late cancellation fee of HK$100 (in the case of members, deducted from the package balance on the following treatment) or forfeiture of the Booking Fee (in the case of non-members)
Please arrive punctually. We apologize that if you arrive later than 30 minutes after the start of your session, we may not be able to offer our services and will charge a penalty of HK$100 (in the case of members, to be deducted from the package balance on the following treatment) or forfeit the Booking Fee (in the case of non-members).
