To secure your booking, we will ask for HKD100 non-refundable reservation fee. Not include of Pikapika members.
Reservation fee will be deducted from the service fee. 
Payment has to be done in 24 hours.
Pikapika reserves the right to decline services to late comers and forfeit the reservation fee.
If the client changes her mind and (1) cancels the session or (2) requests to transfer to another time slot or (3) fail to attend the session within 30 minutes from the commencement of the selected time slot, Pikapika shall suffer losses that exceed the amount of the reservation fee.
In the case of typhoon 8 or black rain warnings, a client may reschedule her bookings.
